Remember the words you discover.
Kikusho is an iPhone app that helps you learn a language from the words and phrases you discover. Turn them into flashcards with meanings and examples, then remember them with short reviews at the right time. Connect your AI assistant to save what you learn in a conversation and practise it later in Kikusho.
Connect with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or another AI app that supports custom remote MCP connections.
- Open custom connector settings in your AI app.
- Add the connector URL above.
- Sign in with the same Apple account you use in Kikusho, then approve the requested permissions.
What you can do
- Find flashcards by text or tag, and read explanations, examples, and notes.
- Check due cards and recent study activity.
- Preview a generated draft, then save it when you are ready.
- Save cards written with your assistant and find them in the iPhone app after syncing.
Try “Find my cards about food” or “How many Japanese cards are due?”
Your account, your choice
Free and Pro accounts are supported. Kikusho generation uses your existing allowance. Saving cards written by your assistant does not use that allowance. Generated cards stay as drafts until you save them.
Sign in with Apple in the iPhone app first and let it sync. Cards that stay only on your phone cannot be read here.
You approve the permissions and can disconnect an assistant at any time. This connector handles card text and study data; it does not access photos or audio, edit or delete existing cards, or submit reviews.
